Practically level tarmac surface along the side of the marina overlooking the boats. Free waste water and wc disposal, and fresh water available (carry on past motorhomes, turn right at end of marina). Frequent patrols by marina staff. Clean and reasonably quiet, but secure fence knocked over in several places! Smallish marked bays along the edge with a larger area at the end for bigger motorhomes. Toilets and washing machines available.

Easy walk into La Linea for shopping and eating. Also easy walking access to Gibraltar although having now visited The Rock once, I wouldn't want to go back again! Except for the Alameda botanical garden which was a pleasant oasis.

Washing machine also available for €5. Small bar with free wifi and library in the clubhouse. Visits by local baker, egg seller, and a mobile grocer's shop.

Owned by the local hunting club who sometimes have events at the clubhouse - we didn't see or hear any shooting though. Friendly welcome from the French managers who are very helpful. Superb location for walking and hiking. Panoramic views across the local countryside as the campsite is on an open plateau. Bit of a trek to supermarkets in Vila Real or Ayamonte, although there is apparently a good grocer and cake shop in Azinhal (we didn't visit it ourselves).
